We had some serious flooding at our home a few months ago when the water heater broke. I had used a different SERVPRO in the past when I lived in a different part of FL so decided to go with this local one. They did a great job overall, easy to communicate and schedule with with is a big plus. Hopefully no more flooding in my near future but if anything does happen will definitely use again.
Dave and his team came as a recommendation from a contractor friend and I'm so incredibly thankful we found them. After meeting with a couple companies we found through Yelp, I immediately knew we were in good hands when Richard walked in to check out what was going on. He quickly put us at ease and it was clear he was knowledgeable and trustworthy. They gave us a great price and were here that afternoon to get started. Ismael and the other guys who did the cleanup were incredibly friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond and even cleaned up after themselves! At what was a rather stressful time, we were so thankful to have found them. If you're ever in need, we would highly recommend them. We chose to work with them over the other well regarded companies we met with because of the friend who referred them and because it was clear they knew what they were doing. So glad we did!
