John
John has been with SERVPRO of Norwich for 6 years. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin from Eastern Connecticut State University. John has certifications in water damage restoration, applied structural drying, health and safety, OSHA 10, applied microbial remediation and trauma and crime scene clean up. His favorite part of working at SERVPRO of Norwich and Windham County is helping people in need. In his free time he likes to hang out with friends and race his race cars in CT, NY, NH and MA.
Tyler
Tyler has been with SERVPRO of Norwich for 4 1/2 years. Tyler is certified in water damage restoration. His goal is to help our customers through any loss as quickly and as stress free as possible in their time of need. In his down time, he loves to travel as much as possible, ride dirt scooters, attend music festivals and he is an avid bowler.
Carlos
Carlos is another long time employee of SERVPRO of Norwich, with 14 years of experience. He is certified in water damage restoration, fire restoration and job safety and health. Carlos is a crew chief, and likes to do water and fire damages. Carlos has run large commercial jobs and small residential jobs. In his free time Carlos likes to read books and spend time with his family.
Alfredo Navarro
Alfredo is a crew chief here at SERVPRO of Norwich. He has been with the company for 16 years and loves his job. Alfredo specializes in water damage, mold remediation and hard floor restorations. In his spare time he likes to play with his son and be with family.
Jorge Escalera
Jorge has been with SERVPRO of Norwich for 11 years. He is a valuable team member, with experience in water damage, fire damage, and general cleanings. In his free time he likes to watch Netflix and fix cars. He is also technically advanced, and is good with computers.
Gerardo
Gerardo is SERVPRO of Norwich and Windham County's newest crew leader. He was worked here for 2 years. He is certified in water damage restoration. His favorite jobs are carpet cleanings and demolition work. In his spare time he like to relax at home with his family.
