Meet Our Team

After his military service stationed at Fort Carson in the early 80s, Tom Miller began his career in construction with a company specializing in remodeling and building custom homes. Tom fine-tuned his construction talents for a decade before relocating to Salt Lake City to start his own construction business. For five years, Tom continued with residential remodeling, building spec homes, and adding commercial construction to his skillset.

As Tom started his young family, he soon realized he wanted to raise his children in a smaller community. He returned to Colorado to Durango and continued to offer construction services for another 15 years. Tom is an outdoor enthusiast; the mountains are his playground; it’s only natural that he has made Colorado his home!

While running his construction business in Durango, Tom worked on projects with SERVPRO, a property damage cleanup company. He found he had a passion for the restoration industry. In 2014 he opened his franchise operation as SERVPRO of Montrose/Telluride, located in Montrose. Tom combines his diverse skills to provide remodeling, especially reconstruction services for residential and commercial properties that have suffered all kinds of environmental structural damage.

Terri is our Marketing Manager at SERVPRO of Montrose/Telluride. She offers decades of marketing experience to enhance our brand in our service area. Terri is passionate about building trusted personal relations within the community. Her contacts with many trade associations, governmental agencies, property management companies, and an extensive "Rolodex" amplify her value to our team. Terri aims to expand our footprint and generate profitable opportunities while liaising with insurance adjusters, our office staff, and production crews.

Jessica is a Senior Content team member for Fire and Content restoration at our SERVPRO of Montrose/Telluride franchise. She has been a member of our team since 2017, and is an experienced manager.

She also oversees most biohazard cleaning jobs. Jessica has a long history of retail experience, especially in Business and Retail Management. She helps with our tracking and billing with her knowledge of Xactimate Level 1 and Subrogation.

Jim is a cornerstone to the efficient operation of our production crews. He keeps the warehouse and equipment organized and running like clockwork. We have a large inventory of unique equipment to maintain, and his extraordinary knowledge and maintenance abilities with it are rare skills that enable us to be more efficient and reliable in our work. We are fortunate to have him on staff.

When Jim is not busy in the warehouse you will find him on the lake, fishing and enjoying his boat. He is a true sportsman and loves nothing more than being in outdoors.

Joe has the background to provide excellent service for our customers. He has been in the insurance and restoration industry since 2007 and has earned IICRC certifications for WRT water damage restoration and RRP lead paint and asbestos biohazards removal. Joe enjoys working in our industry, particularly on bringing a "silver lining" to complex circumstances and leaving a project better than it was before the loss.
Joe loves the area we live in and enjoys experiencing the great outdoors with his family--especially rafting, hiking, and camping. Joe can be spotted working and playing with his World's Greatest Dad mug close by.

Josh has been an integral part of our production team for more than 4 years, and has 19 years of restoration industry experience. Josh's outstanding work ethic and attention to details make him a high-performing team member.

Maggie is all too familiar with what it takes to run the internal processes of our business successfully. She has had many years of experience in restoration from receptionist, dispatch, scheduling, job file coordinating, general customer service, ad hoc IT support. If you should speak with Maggie when you call you will find her a helpful resource.

Edwin is excellent at building relationships with our clients and is highly skilled at creating containment during mold damage remediation jobs.
