I've been exposed to contractors/workers on 2 continents for both residential and commercial properties and this is the first time, I felt the need to write a review and let the public know about my experience. SERVPRO of Woodland deserves special mention, specifically one of their team leaders, Fredy Real along with his top right hand man, Tim Nolan and all the other team members that worked in my home..
I had extensive water damage and Fredy from the beginning, was extremely professional, knowledge and 5 steps ahead of the project at all times. Tim Nolan was extremely thorough, hard working and did an immaculate job. I had a 10 ft granite counter top that needed to be removed and I didn't think it was humanly possible to remove it without some cracking/chipping. Tim removed it without any damage/chipping, wow Tim!!
