I felt valued as a customer even though my job was very small. I was a cash-paying customer because I had a small amount of mold in the water heater closet of an condominium which I was selling. I was in the middle of escrow, and I needed the work completed quickly.
I called two different mold remediation companies to compare prices: SERVPRO of Tustin and Repipe1 of Irvine. It turned out SERVPRO was by far the winner. Repipe1 wanted twice as much money for the same job. I felt valued as a customer by SERVPRO. I was treated with respect and courtesy even though my job was small. In contrast, I was made to feel insignificant by Repipe1 and they seemed uninterested in gaining my business.
The manager on my case, Daniel Otteson, was very professional, courteous and got the job done quickly. He was very knowledgeable. He explained the mold remediation process to me in detail and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He kept me informed during every step of the process.
