I would like to thank everyone at SERVPRO Sorrento Valley! Especially Martin for his flexibility and his sesitivity to the situation. 

The customer service we have received all along the way has been wonderful and we will definitely be letting our insurance company know how terrific the services from SERVPRO Sorrento Valley have been.

The staff was very patient and allowed time to answer my questions and explained in detail any issues I was concerned about. 

Tyrone, Martin, and the staff at my home allowed us to feel comfortable during a stressful time. They were very accomodating while we were displaced from the house for a long time. 

As a manager of Homeowners Associations my top priority is getting remediation and restoration done quickly, efficiently, cost effectively, and within the confines of the ever-changing California laws which govern processes for remediation, abatement etc.

When I have a water damage, mold remediation, bio-hazard cleanup, or restoration issue they are my first call. I am always greeted in a friendly manner on the phone, and always responded to in a matter of minutes if contacting them with work orders via email. The residents I manage constantly send me correspondence regarding SERVPRO Sorrento Valley thanking them for a job well done.

I had to make an unfortunate call to SERVPRO of Sorrento Valley due to a family member passing away and found in their home. I was recommended to this specific SERVPRO from the corners office.  I called and spoke with Leticia, she was very kind, compassionate, answered all my questions and even helped guide me on how to inquire with insurance.  The other places I called were so invasive and unsympathetic and treated me as another call.  
Leticia was very patient with all my questions and even followed up with me. Now that's customer service and had to share. Thank you.

I had a great experience with SERVPRO of Sorrento Valley. A friend of mine recommended them after we discovered a leak from the toilet and it has been a pleasure working with them. Liron is great and really kept reassuring me things would work out and they did. Rick was great, kept in constant contact with me, letting me know when things were happening and what the next steps were. I LOVE our bathroom, they all did a fantastic job.
