Recently, I have had difficulty dealing with our pest control not cleaning up pest issues. They told us "we don't clean up the area, you need to hire someone." I then asked "who do we call?" and they replied "we do not know". How lucky I was to remember a SERVPRO ad on TV the other day. So I called.
