Recently, I have had difficulty dealing with our pest control not cleaning up pest issues. They told us "we don't clean up the area, you need to hire someone." I then asked "who do we call?" and they replied "we do not know". How lucky I was to remember a SERVPRO ad on TV the other day. So I called. First, their secretary/receptionist was right on it, by answering my call, calming me down and replying, "yes, we do it all. We remove your dishwasher, clean and disinfect the area AND clean up."
