I can’t begin to express the weight lifted off our shoulders with the SERVPRO team. With in 12 hours of us finding a leak, they were here- mapping out damage, turning on fans… and holding our hands through the process. They were never to busy to answer a question, or take the time to ensure us that it would be fixed, that they got the damage before it turned to mold. They also have a plethora of INCREDIBLE referrals that were so easy to get bids from/work with. It took this overwhelming and daunting task and made it somewhat of a cake walk. SERVPRO was gracious, kind and gave us realistic expectations on insurance, repair times, etc. I couldn’t ask for better customer service and or professional, hard working, reliable people. I hope to never need mold/water damage repair again- but I will refer them as much as possible whenever I have the opportunity.
