This note is to compliment Vincent Gerrits and his team of SERVPRO specialists who answered my call about a water leak from the outside to the inside of my home.

Vincent and his team did a thorough investigation, inside and outside my home to assess the problem.  While ultimately the main problem needs to be addressed by a landscape contractor. Vincent assured me that the leak staining the wall and carpet area inside was one that could be rectified with simple drying methods and that the wall itself was still solid.

While this problem was very upsetting because we are all home-bound right now, Vincent and his team put my mind at ease that this was a situation that would be easily resolved.
