She is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me, including letting me view the humidity gauge for myself and explaining where the issue was. I was holding my breath for the cost of the quote, but found her to be very reasonable as well! I am so happy with Mona and SERVPRO, I would never go elsewhere :-)
