Kevin was very informative and walked me through the steps on what will happen next. With Felix coming in to do the demo on the area that was wet from the pipe leak and lastly to Xavier giving me the great news the walls and floors were now dry, cleaning the area and letting me know it’s now ready for restoration. Servpro recently completed a small reconstruction job for our HVAC platform at our home. Cesar did a great job with the work, was very friendly and communicated every step of the way. We contacted Servpro due to another vendors deceptive bid. Brittney Renaldo immediately scheduled the repairs as soon as we talked and we had Cesar he the next morning. I received 2 more calls after the job was complete making sure everything was good. I felt everyone I dealt with at Servpro cared about getting the job done right and making sure we were happy. Yoanna and her crew (Edber, Hector, Jared) are insanely careful in their processes for taking inventory, packing, and moving. In addition, they are pleasant and attentive. No matter what we requested, they were willing to help and made everything so easy. They are efficient, and all our items were handled with care. Highly recommend Yoanna - a true professional!
