A Leaky water heater damaged a wall and seeped into an adjacent room. Nightmare right? Actually wasn't too bad. SERVPRO was a preferred vendor of my homeowner's insurance. After calling their 800 number they passed my info along to the local servicing franchise. They were responsive, professional, courteous and self contained. Danny my SERVPRO project manager was a pleasure to work with very personable and professional. The whole process was relatively painless. The water damaged and moldy drywall and other materials were removed, the area was thoroughly contained and dried and tested came back negative for microbils. Yay! Now if I can just get that wall put back together..

5 Stars for sure! We had a house fire and the day after the fire we really didn't know what to do. They came and talked to us and calmed us. They explained how they would fix everything for us and got to work. I highly recommend his company to anyone who needs extensive cleanup.

Rob and Jen provide the community with the highest level of quality standards for restoration and cleaning services. After 37 years of servicing the Citrus Heights and Roseville areas, Rob and Jen desired to aid the community, even more! In August 2019, the Carpenters acquired ownership of SERVPRO of Manteca and Modesto to provide the same level of care they bring to the local region year after year.

We had a kitchen fire last month - "small" by most standards, but there was burned oil, melted plastic, scorched cabinets, fire extinguisher dust mixed with water (what a hardened paste mess!), and the smell was overwhelming. SERVPRO answered the phone with a "real" person at 10:00 pm, had machines in place the next day to start dealing with the smell, and by the next day had a full crew here to clean from top to bottom. They cleaned from top to bottom, including ducts, and arranged for my piano to have the smoke smell removed as well.
