We had a flood at my house late September due to a burst pipe underground. I contacted SERVPRO Hollywood Hills, and immediately Raffi came to my house and assessed the damage. Within hours Raffi and his amazing staff began to salvage my personal property and started the clean up process. Although dealing with the insurance was a major hassle, however SERVPRO made the experience as pleasant as it could be!

I am taking the time out of my schedule for the specific purpose of drawing attention to the exceptional service provided by one of your Franchises, SERVPRO of Hollywood Hills/Los Feliz. We are not strangers to reconstruction so were somewhat cynical having to face reconstruction after unexpected water damage to the entire first floor of our home. As unexpected as the damage was so was our experience with SERVPRO. From the first day to completion, the service was EXCEPTIONAL. The entire staff, crew, & service people were courteous and kind. They were understanding and patient, reliable & responsible. Every one of them went out of their way to make the situation as easy as possible for us under the circumstances. Everything was explained clearly and more importantly, carried out exactly as promised.
