All the SERVPRO crew every step of the way helped guide me and worked handed in hand with my insurance to help with dehumidifying, removing and listing all contents, disinfecting and cleaning the rooms after the drywall was removed. They also helped setup the contractors for asbestos mediation for m drywall removal, they helped set that up along with my insurance for everything that needed to be done. From the moment I called and talked to David, Sydney at the office, to Scotty and Bobby showing up ( on time) they were very polite and professional. Scotty and Bobby worked well together as a team and answered all our questions ( this was for my mom who had a water leak at her home). Scotty explained what they were doing and why and I appreciated that as I was learning by watching and what Scotty and Bobby were explaining to us. When my mom had a question or concern regarding something about her bathroom, they were very polite with her and didn’t shrug it off. Everything was explained clearly to us and even if we didn’t understand something and Scotty had to repeat the information he didn’t get frustrated with us. Our local SERVPRO team came to our rescue when our house flooded on New Year’s Eve. From that first phone call, I was treated with kindness and respect. After a supply line failed in our upstairs bathroom, we came home to a flooding garage and significant standing water upstairs. Mike and Drew were on-site fast and got to work setting up drying equipment and getting us on the road to recovery. Mike returned with Stonewall to assess the extent of the water travel, and continued to return almost daily to reposition equipment to ensure everything totally dried. Arturo worked directly with our insurance to get everything handled and made sure we understood the entire process. Now, less than two weeks later, Stonewall and Mike have just completed demolition and cleanup, clearing us for reconstruction. I really can't thank the whole team enough. You took a homeowner's worst nightmare and removed the fear from it with your explanations and stepwise solutions. I hope I never need to call again, but if something goes sideways, I know who to call. Thank you Mike, Drew, Stonewall, Arturo, and Dave!
