SERVPRO was contracted by our insurance company to clean our furniture and belongings after a bedroom ceiling collapsed in our apartment. Plaster chunks and dust were everywhere! Also, when the ceiling was replaced, additional plaster dust spread throughout the apartment, as the workmen did not properly seal off their workspace. SERVPRO did an excellent job cleaning up behind both collapse and the workmen! The team (Danny, Chase, Queta, Patty, Yolanda and Karla) showed up on time; they were courteous, professional, and very organized. There was a question about what rooms were covered in the contract to be cleaned; it was resolved quickly and politely. I called SERVPRO of Chatsworth/Stevenson Ranch after my husband and I hired a contractor to remodel our kitchen and he found black mold behind the walls. They kelp me informed step by step and answered my "panic" questions and reassured me.
