Awesome crew !!! Thank you for taking care of my dad and mom

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Rudy. He has been absolutely phenomenal throughout the final phase of repairs to our home following our fire. Beyond the quality of his painting and drywall work, what has really stood out to us is the care and consideration he puts into everything he does. Because we are living in our home while the remaining repairs are being completed, Rudy takes the time every single day to make sure our home is put back together so that we can resume our normal life in the evenings. He is incredibly respectful of our space, cleans up thoroughly, stays on schedule, and communicates with us every step of the way. After such a long and difficult restoration process, having someone like Rudy working in our home has made such a difference. He takes pride in his work, pays attention to the details, and genuinely cares about doing things the right way. He is professional, kind, and incredibly considerate—and on top of all of that, we genuinely enjoy having him around. He has made this final phase of our restoration so much easier for us. We are incredibly grateful for his expertise and everything he has done to help get our home back to where it should be. Also- updating my review to reflect Marvin since I am unable to review the same location twice. Marvin with SERVPRO did a great job with the work in our home. He installed the tile in our bathroom, our new vanity, baseboards, and handled several other finishing details throughout the house. Everything was done extremely well, and the high quality of his work really shows. He has great attention to detail, and everything looks lovely. Marvin was professional, reliable, and took the time to make sure everything was completed properly. We really appreciate the care and effort he put into his work and are very happy with how everything turned out. Highly recommend!

Justino showed attention to detail and pride in workmanship. He was very helpful, tidy and willing to answer all my questions

Edwardo and Leo Ortega the finish carpenter team were excellent! Polite, neat, respectful, and cleaned up their work areas well.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Servpro and their entire crew from start to finish. The entire process was handled with professionalism, excellent communication, and genuine care, making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. A special thank you to Brittany Ronaldo, the Reconstruction Project Manager, who kept everything organized and running smoothly. Her communication, professionalism, and attention to every detail made me feel confident throughout the entire project. I also want to recognize Junior Gonzalez, the Large Loss Project Manager, for his leadership and dedication. It was clear that he cared about delivering quality work and making sure everything was completed to the highest standard. A huge thank you to Leo Ortega, who did an outstanding job with the drywall, painting, and finishing work. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were exceptional, and the finished work looks flawless. And finally, I can’t say enough about Jose Ortega, who custom built the most gorgeous shelves for me, complete with beautiful mood lighting. I couldn’t be more pleased with the final result! I shared my vision board with him, and he brought it to life perfectly. The shelves exceeded my expectations and have completely transformed the room. It’s rare to find a team that is not only highly skilled but also kind, dependable, and committed to excellence. I truly couldn’t be happier with my experience with Servpro and their amazing crew. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship and outstanding customer service!
