I just have to say, if you live in the Martinez area and looking to get air duct or carpet cleaning, don't use Coit or Stanly Steamer anymore!!!! There's a green truck in town that does all that and more!!! SERVPRO of Benicia/Martinez/Southeast Vallejo is a water restoration company that also does air duct and carpet cleaning!!! After doing child care for over 20 years and tried Coit and Stanley Steamer for years, I will NEVER use them again!!! SERVPRO got my carpets cleaner than they have ever been before!! The customer service is amazing! Theresa was very professional and polite on the phone when booking my appointment and sent Rick Botsford out here immediately for an estimate. The guys were all very professional and got the job done perfectly!!! They really took their time to do a great job!!! You just don't get customer service like that anymore!!!!
After an early morning encounter with the dogs and a skunk, we called SERVPRO for help. Rick arrived at our house almost immediately with all the equipment needed to deodorize our house, clean our carpets, furniture and even our tile!
