We used SERVPRO of Los Gatos to clean-up some mold we had in a rental property that was a result of sudden water damage. Not only were they the least expensive (I received bids from 4 different mold remediation companies), they by far were the friendliest and most helpful during the sale, service, and post service process.
The manager, Robert M, spent a lot of time with on the phone, educating me about mold, what the clean-up process would look like, how we would perform the testing, the approximate cost, and how to work with a contractor to rebuild the damaged cabinets. Perhaps most importantly, he worked with our renters to make them feel comfortable and safe while the work was going on.
I highly recommend SERVPRO for price, service, and for making the best of a not-so-fun situation. 5 stars.
