SERVPRO has been such a pleasure working with. Blake and Albert have been truly amazing through the whole process of our situation from communication to keeping us updated throughout. Michael and Max work diligently on hitting a deadline we needed and hit it out of the park. They would update us every step of the way. Greg who is the real MVP stayed after hours making sure things were done and done professionally. He was so easy to work with and always answered our calls if we had questions
Truly it has been a great experience working with this group. It was a difficult situation and they took away as much stress as they could and handled it all the way to the end.

We had a house fire. The structural damage was limited to the kitchen, but the smoke damage extended throughout the house.  Our insurance company immediately contacted SERVPRO.  Kayla arrived within a couple of hours, bringing fans and a dehumidifier to dry up the water from the fire hoses.  The next day, Tonya, the fire manager, came out and talked to me about what to expect from SERVPRO as well as the process from the insurance company.  Everything she said was right on the money.  She really made the entire process much easier.  She also sent a team to do an emergency clean, which was very welcomed.  There was soot in every corner of our house, which was constantly smudged on our skin, clothes, everything.  Next, Tasheka, the manager who oversees packing up of household contents, came and reviewed the next steps in the process.  It was hard to imagine that total strangers would be going through every item in our house, cleaning and storing it.  But, they did exactly that, and we were completely comfortable with them doing so.  SERVPRO team members were at our home for the better part of two months, and we felt at complete ease with everyone.  After the repairs were completed, they moved furniture and boxes back in and unpacked boxes for us.  My entire family is very appreciative of everything they did.  We would especially like to thank Shannon (sweet lady), Verscie, DJ, Darius, Darrell, Jasper, Mike Driggers, Robert, Greg, Brandy, AC, Caleb, and Chris.
