In 1999 the Wilson family moved to Birmingham to build a SERVPRO franchise specializing in water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and cleaning services. Benji and Brady Wilson took over as Operating General Managers in 2007, and the business has grown since on repeat customers, referrals, and clients who trust our Cleanup and Restoration Process.
SERVPRO of Birmingham serves Jefferson and Shelby Counties, from the Over the Mountain communities through downtown, out to Trussville and Leeds, west to Bessemer and Hueytown, and south into Alabaster, Calera, and Columbiana. The Servpro mitigation team is the best! Even with home insurance covering costs, you can’t put a price on the peace of mind these guys brought. From the project managers Tim and Luke, to all the specialists helping with our basement remediation, top notch service and communication all around. Tim, Jaboni, Luke, JP, Noe, Arthur, Brandon, and Pablo were all great. My review is about the return of my boxes that were packed out after lightning caused a fire in my attic. The team of ladies, April, Jessica, Alex and Ivette were hard working professionals and careful with the 500+ boxes delivered to my home. April was there all 7 days, Alex was there for 4 days, Jessica was there one day as was Ivette. Every day, they opened boxes, unpacked them, cut up and disposed of boxes and removed all of it at the end of each day. They were punctual, courteous, and accommodating. I’m happy to have this much completed before receiving my furniture. Kudos to this team!👏
We had a fire in my garage on tbe mornknh of 9/30/26. Devastated and not onowimh where to turn next we called Servpro. Deret, JP, Noé came out the same day just hours later to get the commercial air purifiers running and to get a jump on the pre cleaning. Team and crew were all great today! Exceptional work

ServPro continues to amaze me. From Keith checking in every day to the team that has been removing damaged floors, ceiling and cabinets. Shout out to JP and Noe. They were the best.
