Linoleum Flooring

Linoleum is a resilient flooring material made by coating burlap or canvas with powdered cork, wood flour, ground limestone, rosin, solidified linseed oil, and pigments. Since it’s made of all natural materials, it’s 100% biodegradable.

Example: You’ll find linoleum in a lot of public spaces and high-traffic areas because it’s incredibly durable, lasting up to 40 years if properly cared for. It’s also scratch-resistant, antistatic, and water resistant, making it an ideal material for kitchens, bathrooms, and damp basements where water damage is more likely to occur.
