Laminate Flooring
Formed by bonding two or more layers of material together through a lamination process, laminate flooring has a top layer that resists scratches and wear, making it a good choice for high-traffic areas. It’s also simple to install.
Example: Laminate flooring is water-resistant, with options like a moisture barrier for areas that might get wet. Spills can be wiped up quickly. However, if exposed to sitting water in water damage, the planks can swell or warp.
