Indoor Air Quality (IAQ)
The Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) in and around homes, buildings, and others refer to the quality of air in these areas in relation to the health and comfort of its occupants.
Example: Indoor pollution can have a large impact on IAQ by releasing gases or particles into the air. It can come from tobacco products; heating and cooling systems; fuel-burning appliances such (space heaters, ovens, fireplaces, etc.); building materials; humidifiers; mold from water damage; pesticides; and more.
