The Village of Dousman became established in 1881 when the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad built its line. They embrace this by naming their local baseball team the Dousman Frogs and by holding an annual frog jumping competition every year during their Dousman Derby Days celebration.

We hired SERVPRO to clean our home we just purchased because it was smoked in. They gave us a line by line quote detailing what they’d clean. We were excited for the thoroughness and decided to move forward with their service even though it was a little more expensive than we anticipated. I am sad to say they didn’t do a thorough job at all. After they left I found myself redoing most of their work. When I reached out to the project manager to let them know, they gave us a very small amount of money back on our invoice which didn’t cover nearly enough for the amount of work we had to redo. I wouldn’t waste time hiring them and just go with a regular cleaning service who won’t charge you an arm and a leg and will probably deliver much higher quality work.
I had hired several companies in the past to tend to my ongoing mold problem and nobody could help me. Finally after SERVPRO came to the rescue my mold issue was resolved. The process from scheduling to servicing was reassuring, professional and at the end, effective.
