SERVPRO personnel who serviced my emergency water damage presented them and acted totally professional and adhered to all my needs; from the first call with service rep (Chris) to the crew workers, and field rep. Specifically, Big Mike identified the source of the problem prior to the plumber arriving. He consistently showed me what needed to be done to restore my basement to original order. His crew members were very polite, answered questions clearly and promptly and swiftly worked without any breaks until the wet carpet was pulled and disposed. I am writing this email to thank SERVPRO for the service and response Mr. Michael Johnson provided the City of Winchester. I contacted SERVPRO to conduct an air quality test of some office space. Prior to the site visit I was contacted by Mr. Johnson so he would have a better feel for what to expect upon his arrival. By the end of the conversation he decided that a visual site inspection be completed prior to any air samples being taken. On the day of our scheduled appointment, Mr. Johnson arrived at the designated time and conducted a thorough inspection of the property. During the inspection he explained in a clear and precise manner, what he was looking for and how that specific item may be a potential hazard. Within a few days I was provided with a detailed report of Mr. Johnson’s visit with recommendations on how to proceed with addressing any issues.
