Coming home from a 3wk adventure we found our whole lower level of our house with standing water! Arminda and her crew came in to pack up all our furniture and belongings with such professionalism! Arminda communicated throughout the process to let me know what was salvageable or not but did so with compassion, understanding our feelings for what we're going through! The next crew who are now doing the drywall and flooring removal have been just a great!
Flooding resulted in 2-foot drywall cut in our finished basement. Our insurance recommended Serv-pro for the wall repairs and painting. The initial quote happened quickly, but once we decided to go with ServPro, it still took them 5-6 weeks of multiple emails, paperwork back and forth, and an additional walk through to finally get scheduled-there should have been more prompt communication here. For the repairs, our crew lead was JC, and we were very happy with the quality of his team's work on the walls- they did a great job with clear communication.
Arminda and her team have been amazing to work with throughout this entire process. Dealing with significant water damage is incredibly stressful, but they made the situation much easier with how professional, thorough, and helpful they were. Arminda and her team took the time to carefully go through everything in my home, taking detailed photos and documenting my belongings to determine what could and could not be salvaged. They were respectful of my property, patient with my questions, and made sure everything was properly documented for the insurance process. I especially appreciate Arminda’s professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. She genuinely made a difficult situation feel much more manageable. I’m very grateful for everything she and her team have done and would absolutely recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage or restoration work.

ServPro of Alexandria, working with our insurance company, did an amazing cleanup of our garage after a fire. It was a tedious job with a lot of tools and small parts that needed to be cleaned. They even removed all of the sheetrock and all of the debris was carted off. The onsite supervisor was a lady by the name of Arminda. She had an exceptional crew and she was very organized. I can't recommend them highly enough.
