I had a fire in my kitchen and it completely destroyed my kitchen. My countertops, walls,ceiling and cabinets were all impacted. I was directed towards SERVPRO from my insurance company and I can say that I am glad that I was. They Immediately scheduled an appointment to come and look at the damage, I was super upset about losing a lot of my stuff and the employees were extremely generous and caring. Coming home to a flooded basement is NOT the ideal Sunday afternoon. After all of our torrential rain we checked before we left for brunch and just being gone a few short hours already had 2 inches of water in the basement!
