Last week SERVPRO was called out to an apartment located in Deep Ellum. This apartment complex suffered a 3 floor water damage emergency. The rainfall flooded multiple rooms and floors, this caused tenants to have to move out and relocate somewhere else. The apartment complex was worried that the floors would be out of service for weeks. When we received the call we were able to send a team out that same day. The team worked through the day and sometimes through the night to ensure that the water was being extracted in a timely manner. Over the next few days the moisture damage began to dry out and in a timely manner, this was great news for the management and residents. The water was officially all removed within two days, and was able to return to being livable. The residents and management were happy to see everyone return home.
Deep Ellum's most famous hotel went through a small kitchen fire that ended up having the hotel close down for a couple of days. Thanks to SERVPRO we can easily provide fire damage restoration in a fast response. The fire was stopped by the fire department and we were called in to begin the cleaning process. We scrubbed the walls, and began deodorization with SERVPRO certified cleaning products. The fire damage restoration process took around 3 days and the business was back up and running and the owners were pleased with the results.

Since my condo needed to get back on the market, Brian made a special effort to get his crews on site quickly to get the sheet rock and painting repairs completed for me, even working Saturday and Sunday to get the job done. My realtor checked their work and verified that Brian and his team did a first class repair job on my condo’s walls and ceiling. Brian and his team at SERVPRO of East Dallas did a phenomenal job drying out and making the needed repairs to my condo, all without me ever traveling to Dallas.
