Bellmead Cleanup and Restoration

Hearing water and realizing it's coming through the ceiling into your home is a sickening feeling. If you ever find yourself in that frightening situation or experience another home emergency and wonder what to do next, my best advice is to call SERVPRO of Greater Waco. Every professional who worked on stopping the water intrusion, preventing further damage, and restoring our home demonstrated exceptional expertise, drawing on knowledge and experience to tackle every challenge that arose. Throughout the ordeal, the SERVPRO team treated us with empathy and respect as they worked to protect and restore our home. We had confidence in their ability and commitment to finding the best solutions for our particular situation. We especially want to recognize Operations Manager Dusty York for his leadership, personal attention, and commitment to finding solutions that meet our needs. Derik Plemons was the first to respond to our emergency, and his professionalism and reassuring manner made an immediate difference. Landon Ruby went above and beyond in tackling some particularly challenging work, demonstrating dedication and determination. We also want to recognize Cameron and John for their hard work. Every one of these professionals deserves our sincere appreciation. SERVPRO was the silver lining in our rainstorm-induced storm cloud! They truly are a homeowner's best friend when disaster strikes. After experiencing a homeowner's nightmare and having SERVPRO come to our rescue, we give them our highest recommendation. If you ever need restoration services, they're the ones to call to make it "Like it never even happened."

Saved us with a last minute carpet cleaning of our new house! Fantastic job and very professional!

Awesome company! We had an emergency on a Sunday. I called the owner, who explained in detail that there would be weekend charges. But we couldn't go to bed until all the glass was cleaned up. They were in on a very short time, and Reuben did agreat job.

Thank you for taking care of my family

Showed up on time. Was knowledgeable and friendly.

Great service, quick response!

We had a very good experience with SERVPRO of Greater Waco. They utilized an ozone treatment, as well as their specialty cleaning, on a vintage bookcase that had been exposed to prolonged indoor cigarette use. (We purchased the bookcase online without being told that it had been damaged in that way, and we did not want to paint over it as it matches other pieces we already own.) The treatments have lessened the smell of smoke more than anything else we had tried, to the point of being barely detectable, and the wood gleams after the cleaning. All of the staff members were courteous and promptly got back to us whenever we had questions; the pick-up and drop-off of the bookcase were smooth and quick as well. We recommend them highly and would use their services again!

They have been nothing short of amazing! They came out on a holiday to help us when our downstairs flooded. They stayed until everything was moved and water was handled. Their service is top notch! I really can’t recommend them enough! Call them! You won’t be disappointed!
