Balch Springs Cleanup and Restoration

SERVPRO is Located In The Heart Of Balch Springs

Balch Springs is a cozy little town just outside of Dallas, Texas. It is located about 16 miles from Dallas, and is just a highway down from other parts of DFW. The area was first settled in the 1840s. Around 1879 John M. Balch and his family settled south of Mesquite in unincorporated Dallas County. Mr. Balch found several springs on his land, one of which ran year-round. Balch Spring's story has years of data but we are happy to call it our home. We were happy to move into such a lively part of town, Balch Springs is home to a small downtown that includes libraries and small stores.

We have performed water damage restoration and even fire damage restoration for our beautiful Balch Springs. We are located within 10 minutes from most of Balch Springs so can be easily ready for any type of water or fire damage emergency. During the Balch Springs neighborhood grass fires that happened last month, SERVPRO was called out to multiple homes to provide fire damage restoration to homes. It took hours before the fire was calmed down and the next day the phone began ringing. We did a total of 5 homes that required deodorization and wall cleaning. Thanks to us, these homes were restored and ready to be livable within a couple of days. We love our local community so hearing the beginnings of our city is always fun.
