Factoryville, PA is a small town nestled within Wyoming County. Factoryville is located in the scenic Endless Mountain Region of Northeastern Pennsylvania. The borough got the name Factoryville from a factory that operated along the S. Branch of the Tunkhannock Creek in the 1820’s. People came from miles around to have their wool woven into cloth at that factory. The factory unfortunately closed down, but the name still remains the same. Factoryville, although a quaint town, is well known for housing a popular University. Keystone College is a private college in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Although the college's official mailing address is La Plume, Pennsylvania in Lackawanna County, much of the campus is in Factoryville, PA in Wyoming County. Then University was founded in 1868.

SERVPRO of Kingston, Pittston City and Wyoming County did an amazing job setting up our Emergency Ready Profile. They came to our property, spent maybe 20 minutes asking some important questions and walking around taking photos of our emergency shut offs. They even went as far as explaining how to get to the shut off, what keys open what doors, etc. We use this in our newbie training for every employee.
