Pleasant Home is located on the east side of Portland and Gresham. Everyone is, well, pleasant. Pleasant is small but we have our own water district. https://pleasanthomewater.com/ Our community has a regular board meeting each month. The board of commissioners meets every month at a local church. All of the current members have been a part of the community for over 40 years.
You can visit the Pleasant Home Saloon, a local place that has great food & drinks. Outdoor seating allows more room and a feeling of fresh air during the summer months. You can stop in to enjoy all the improvement the new owners have done to this neighborhood saloon.
Our community precipitation most days of the year apart from a few short summer months. Precipitation is rain, snow, sleet, or hail. With mostly rain, the winters are very wet, cold and overcast. The chance of rain and wet days is very common, which can be a contributor to water damage and mold issues. Summers are dry and clear. In recent years, fires have made their way towards the area and cause fire and smoke damage. July and August are great to visit.
