At the start of project Alex mapped a plan of action which made the job go smoothly. Very efficient. Good use of packing materials, little waste. Extremely careful with antiques & collectibles. Paid close attention to care of delicate, collectibles & heirlooms.. Nothing broken. Packed boxes that are easy to carry & unload later. Organized. Clearly marked each box & room location. Kept detailed documentation & numbering system which will be most helpful unpacking. Wonderful communication. Kept me aware of any changes. Always asked questions. Never assumed anything. Did not trash items that may not hold importance or significance to the workers, but are to me. Always questioned before trashing.
Very professional dress, attitudes, communication. Friendly. Even helped me get through some emotional feelings. In the past 2 years, I have lost several immediate family members & my husband of 47 years. I am very ill with chronic lung disease. All of Alex’s staff were attentive to assure I took breaks & was okay.
