We had gotten water in our lower level from the storms overnight. The next morning I called SERVPRO. Never being in this situation before, I didn't know what to expect. Cortney was very pleasant and responsive. We got a quick call from Craig and he came out to see my property that same day. He was friendly, knowledge and explained the entire process. The following morning he and his crew came out to start the cleanup. They showed up when they said they would and did the job they said they would. I was impressed by everyone and felt like a weight had lifted. SERVPRO gave me peace of mind and did a great job. I will recommend them for sure.

Our conditioner discharged 50+ gallons of water into our crawl space while we were out of town. When we discovered it there were tons of clean up and odors to deal with. I started on my own but was way over my head. Cortney from SERVPRO of Salem County came out within the hour and gave me a reasonable quote for remediation. The job was completed the following day as promised with excellent results performed by courteous efficient technicians. Clean up was completed and there was no disturbance of the surrounding areas.

We had water damage in our ceiling and our walls. SERVPRO of Salem County came out quickly and assessed the damage and returned quickly to clean up after the insurance company gave the go ahead. They were quick and effective. I would highly recommend for water damage and mold cleanup needs.
