In August 2025 SERVPRO finished more work on our house after a severe water leak. I'm nothing but pleased with their work. The star this time was Phil B., who coordinated the project. His oversight was phenomenal, and it was hard to believe how conscientious he was. He repeatedly went above and beyond expectations. In the end, we were very pleased with the results. If this were to happen again, I wouldn't even consider another company. Here is my earlier review for work before: All around fantastic service. They are quick, polite, and get the job done well. The smoke from a kitchen fire in the neighbor's condominium left an odor in mine that wouldn't go away. I asked the contractor doing the repairs there if they could get it out and it turns out they are specialists at it. SERVPRO is definitely the company to call for smoke cleaning or fire damage. I have not been able to detect even the slightest whiff of smoke odor since they cleaned my place.
