We have used SERVPRO of Kensington before and they are still outstanding. They came the next day for a flooding issue. Everyone I have dealt with during this job has been terrific - friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and competent. It’s remarkable how they come in and know what to do, and do it. They set up 14 fans and two dehumidifiers, came back a couple days later, took readings of residual dampness, took most of the fans and left a couple. I have complete confidence in this business and group of people; it must be very well run to have so many good staff who do a great job and are also nice to deal with.
