After a water line burst while we were out of town, SERVPRO rode in to the rescue. We had significant demolition work that had to be done which was led capably, competently and with great empathy by Ken. He communicated with me at every point through the process and helped us weather what was a true life crisis as an all-around good human being. (And he stayed calm when I wasn't.)
